From the enquiry form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, the services you are interested in, a budget band and whatever you write in the message. From the newsletter form: your email address and the date you gave permission.

From ordinary use of the site: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs including IP address, retained for 30 days for security.

The AI readiness assessment is scored in your browser. Answers are not sent to us, not stored by us, and not required to include an email address. A shared result link only encodes the answers in the page address on your device.

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and, if we work together, to run the project. The lawful basis is legitimate interests before a contract exists, and performance of a contract afterwards.

Newsletter emails are sent on the basis of your consent, which you gave explicitly and can withdraw at any time. Server logs are kept on the basis of legitimate interests in keeping the site secure.

Enquiries that do not become projects: 24 months, then deleted. Project records: seven years from the end of the engagement, because the accountants require it. Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe, plus a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake. Server logs: 30 days.

Our hosting provider, our email provider, our accounting software, and — only if you accept analytics — Google Ireland Limited as the provider of Google Analytics 4, each acting as a processor under contract. We do not sell data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not transfer it outside the UK or EEA except where a provider does so under an approved safeguard.

If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_ZLX8W1ZFHB) to tell us which pages are used. We do not use advertising cookies, ad personalisation, or Google ads features. If you decline, those cookies are not set and the tag runs in a denied consent state.

Your choice is stored locally as three18-analytics so we do not ask on every visit. The theme toggle also stores a local preference, three18-theme. Neither of those local values is sent to us. You can change your analytics choice by clearing site data for this domain, or by emailing us and asking us to record a withdrawal.

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to our use of it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.

Tell us first and we will try to put it right. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, which is the UK supervisory authority for data protection.
