AI Marketing & Automation
Automation where it earns its place, and nowhere else.
Most of what is sold as AI marketing is a subscription and a hope. The work that pays for itself is duller than the pitch: taking a repetitive task off a person doing it forty times a week, and making sure the output still passes a human before it reaches a customer.

Before you buy any of this, find out whether you need it.
Twenty five questions, scored on the page, no email address. Roughly half the businesses that ask us for this work should hear that the answer is no, and the assessment will tell you if you are one of them.
- Marketing teams losing days a week to work a machine could do
- Businesses with more leads than capacity to qualify them properly
- Companies who have bought AI tooling and seen no change in any number that matters

Where does AI genuinely help?
Three places, reliably. Reading and routing inbound enquiries. First drafts of repetitive copy that a person then edits. Summarising activity across systems that do not talk to each other. All three are jobs somebody is doing forty times a week without enjoying it.
Where does it not?
Anything a customer reads without a human checking it first. Anything requiring judgement you would not delegate to a new starter. And anywhere the underlying process is broken, because automating a bad process makes it fail faster and more expensively. About half the enquiries we get for this service fall into that last category, and we say so.
Does our data go into a model?
Not for training, ever. We use providers with no-training terms and we show you the contract clause rather than asking you to take our word for it.
What if we already have tooling?
Good, we would rather make what you have pay for itself than sell you more. Roughly a third of this work ends up being configuration of something already bought.
Who maintains it after handover?
Your team, with us on a retainer for tuning if you want one. We document it and train two people, not one, because one person leaving should not break it.
